The Huffington Post reports that Richard Hanania, a rising right-wing thought leader, published for years in white supremacist outlets under the pseudonym Richard Hoste. According to Huffington, here are some of the comments made by Hanania under his pseudonym:

  • “Women simply didn’t evolve to be the decision makers in society…women’s liberation = the end of human civilization.”
  • “It has been suggested that Sarah Palin is a sort of Rorschach test for Americans…The attractive, religious and fertile White woman drove the ugly, secular and barren White self-hating and Jewish elite absolutely mad well before there were any questions about her qualifications.”
  • “While an increasing Muslim underclass might not inspire as much bad art, the IQ and genetic differences between them and native Europeans are real, and assimilation is impossible”
  • “If they had decency, blacks would thank the white race for everything that they have.”
  • “If the races are equal…why do whites always end up near the top and blacks at the bottom, everywhere and always?”
Richard Hanania

Hanania made those remarks in the early to mid-2010s. Since then, he has discarded his pseudonym, earned a law degree from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in political science from UCLA …
